I’ve got to say its been really brilliant as I’ve learned a lot of things on the computer and been given a lot of advice. I’ve now signed up to do a self-care course and a Dementia course starting next week and I’m also volunteering for the royal voluntary service on the phone.  I’m hoping the course that I’m going to do will help me in that way. Being on Zoom and the phone giving the confidence back to talk to people.
